Μια εβδομάδα μετά την παρουσίαση του 4FF nano-SIM στάνταρ, το European Telecommunications Sτάandards Institute (ETSI) αναβάθμισε τις πληροφορίες στο website, και είναι πράγματι το Apple nano-SIM τεχνικό σύστημα…
Αρχικά η νέα SIM “έμοιαζε” με της Apple και όχι τα αντίπαλα της Motorola και RIM, τελιά το 4FF είναι όμοιο με της αμερικανικής εταιρίας με μικρή αλλαγή.
Ο οργανισμός λέει:
The new form factor was adopted by industry with the involvement of major mobile network operators, smart card suppliers and mobile device manufacturers. The new design will be published in due course in ETSI’s TS 102 221 specification, freely available like all ETSI standards from the ETSI website.
