Η βάση είναι το Aston Martin Rapide με τη Aston Martin Rapide Bertone να είναι ένα νέο μοντέλο με σχεδιασμό shooting-brake και τον ίδιο κινητήρα με το αρχικό όχημα – 6λιτρος V12 με 476 HP.
Το Rapide Bertone το ζήτησε ένας συλλέκτης Αston Martin: “The idea of the movement is evoked by the back pillar bent forward, welded to the powerful muscle of the back wheel arch, in order to transmit the optical perception of speed, typical of a stretching musculature. The high and enveloping tail volume is characterized by two horizontal optical groups and the wide hatchback.”
Με σχεδιασμό 2+2 και ηλεκτρονικές πόρτες ένα αριστούργημα από ξύλο, αλουμίνιο και το δέρμα. Δημιούργημα της “Bertone Officina” (Bertone Workshop), ένα high fashion atelier για custom μοντέλα.
