…Power On ne μιλά για λανσάρισμα του ισχυρού iMac desktop all-in-one που θα αντικαταστήσει το Intel-powered iMac στη σειρά. Το νέο μοντέλο μάλιστα, όπως το ‘μικρό’ που πήγε από τις 21.5′ στις 24′ θα είναι και με μεγαλύτερη οθόνη.
“I absolutely still believe that a larger, redesigned iMac to replace the Intel 27-inch models is en route,” είπε ο Mark Gurman όπως μετέφερε το Mac Rumors. “Apple increasing the screen size of the smaller model from 21.5 inches to 24 inches seems to indicate that the 27-inch model could see a size increase as well.”
Αυτό μπορεί να σημαίνει μια ανάπτυξη στις 30′ και κοντά στο 32αρι Pro Display XDR ενώ μέσα θα δούμε είτε έναν M1X, είτε έναν M2X επεξεργαστή.
“I don’t think, however, that Apple will launch the larger model with the same M1 chip that’s in the smaller model,” είπε ο Gurman. “It likely will be an M1X, the beefier version of the current M1, or an M2X.”
Πότε; Αν και το 2021 είναι πιθανό, αναλυτές μιλάνε ΚΑΙ για τις αρχές του 2022.
