“Built in 2005, XERES was designed by Niels Jeppesen of X-Yachts and launched by the award-winning Green Marine. Green Marine’s previous builds include those for Ben Ainslie’s America’s Cup yacht, 2014-15 Volvo Ocean Race winner Abu Dhabi and Alex Thompson’s IMOCA 60 HUGO BOSS. The 70’ (21.40m) IMX-70 sailing yacht was built as a high-performance cruiser-racer and represents the finest in modern yacht design and technology.
The very best suppliers, technicians and builders came together to bring XERES to life. Her high-tech built hull, superstructure and deck are all testaments to her expert team of engineers and naval architects. XERES features a carbon hull and deck construction with carbon composite bulkheads and keel floor structures. This luxury sailing yacht has benefitted from significant yearly investments in a regular maintenance program, as well as upgrades. Her teak was fully reconditioned, and she will see new electronics installed throughout 2022.
